Can I bring a job I found elsewhere?
Yes. Paste the link to any public job posting and Job Scan imports it as a job page you can understand and prepare for. Scanning a job is free; you decide what happens next on that page.
How does ORI assess my readiness?
Role Readiness compares evidence from your profile, skill assessments, job simulations and challenges against the competencies a role requires, shown out of 100. It tells you what to strengthen before you apply. It is not a prediction of an interview or an offer.
Does ORI prepare applications or submit them?
It prepares them. From facts you provided, ORI drafts a tailored resume, answers to the employer's questions and an application strategy, plus a cover letter where the application asks for one, and you review everything. The Chrome extension can fill supported application forms once you confirm, but it never sends it: you submit on the employer's site, then mark the application as submitted to keep track of it.
How do simulations and workspaces help?
A job simulation puts you in a realistic workplace scenario with real tasks, data and decisions. Some simulations run in a hands-on workspace where you do the work itself. What you complete becomes evidence on your profile and counts toward your readiness.
What can I use for free?
A free account includes 50 credits every month - 50 quick applications or 5 tailored ones - 30 matched jobs a month, 5 skill certifications, 3 job simulations, your full Role Readiness breakdown for one programme, job scans, and ORI on the web, in the Chrome extension and on WhatsApp. No card is needed to start.
How do memberships and credits work?
A credit is spent when ORI does work for you, never for opening a page: a quick application costs 1 credit (ORI fills the form from your profile, saved answers and resume) and a tailored one 10 credits (the resume, cover letter and answers rewritten for the job). Starter and Pro memberships add credits every period, open every simulation, include unlimited retakes and The Perfect Resume Premium, and can be cancelled any time. Credits can also be topped up without a membership.
